The Practice cannot provide weight loss injections via the NHS. The only way to get these currently is via private doctors, and when medication is prescribed the person prescribing it is responsible for any follow up required.

The Department of Health has advised us that if you have problems due to your privately prescribed medication you need to discuss this on a private basis with whoever has prescribed your medication
